Plain terms

Independent contractor (1099). Not an employee. No salary, no benefits, and no guaranteed income. You cover your own expenses and taxes.
Commission only. Your commission terms are set out in your BAB agreement, which you will see before you sign anything.
BAB decides. JXH Staffing introduces candidates. Blue Atlas Biologics alone accepts or declines them and contracts directly with the Sales Directors it accepts.
Non exclusive. BAB may appoint other representatives in any location, including yours.
No fee to apply. JXH Staffing never charges candidates, and there is nothing to buy to apply.
Our compensation. JXH Staffing may receive compensation from BAB based on sales made by Sales Directors we introduce. We are not paid a fee for recruiting or introducing you.
