JXH Staffing ("we," "us," or "our"), a trade name of JXH Tech LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through jxhstaffing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide when you contact us or apply: typically your name, email address, phone number, the market you would cover, your sales background and years in sales, an optional description of what you have sold, an optional LinkedIn address, how you heard about us, and, if someone referred you, their name. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Applications submitted through the Site are processed by Formspree, a form service provider, and delivered to us by email. We also keep a copy in our own application system, hosted on Cloudflare, which sends emails about your application through Resend, an email service provider. We use AI tools from Anthropic to help us review applications and draft replies. A person reviews every application, makes every decision, and sends every reply. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not require accounts, and we do not use the Site to knowingly collect sensitive personal information. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to your inquiry or application;
- To evaluate your fit for the Sales Director opportunity;
- To communicate with you about the opportunity and next steps; and
- To operate, maintain, and improve our recruiting services.
How we share your information
If we recommend you, we share your application with Blue Atlas Biologics, the company for which you would be considered, so that it can review you. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate, such as email, form, and hosting providers, and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep applicant information for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for our legitimate business and recordkeeping purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided by emailing privacy@jxhstaffing.com. You may also opt out of further communications from us at any time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site and our opportunities are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
