About BAB
Blue Atlas Biologics is a B2B wholesale supplier of peptide products to verified medical clinics. Clinics order through BAB's online portal, and BAB works with a network of independent Sales Directors who introduce clinics to it. BAB is selective about whom it brings on.
About JXH Staffing
JXH Staffing is an independent recruiter and a trade name of JXH Tech LLC. It introduces experienced sales professionals to BAB. It is not BAB, does not make BAB's decisions, and does not employ the people it introduces.
What you would do
- Prospect licensed clinics in your market by phone, email, and in person, including med spas, weight loss and wellness practices, and other providers
- Book and run short demos of BAB's online ordering portal, by video or in person
- Guide interested clinics through account setup, including BAB's license and NPI requirements
- Work the leads BAB assigns to you and follow up consistently
- Support the clinics you register with reorders, questions, and a familiar point of contact
- Represent BAB truthfully and use only BAB approved materials

- A rep portal with lead management, order tracking, and commission tracking

Who we are looking for
- Experience selling to healthcare providers, in pharma or medical devices, or in other B2B sales is strongly preferred
- Comfort with cold calls and walking into a clinic
- The discipline to run a follow up routine without a manager checking on you
- Honesty with clinics about what BAB can and cannot say

Plain terms
- Independent contractor (1099). Not an employee. No salary, no benefits, and no guaranteed income. You cover your own expenses and taxes.
- Commission only. Your commission terms are set out in your BAB agreement, which you will see before you sign anything.
- BAB decides. JXH Staffing introduces candidates. Blue Atlas Biologics alone accepts or declines them and contracts directly with the Sales Directors it accepts.
- Non exclusive. BAB may appoint other representatives in any location, including yours.
- No fee to apply. JXH Staffing never charges candidates, and there is nothing to buy to apply.
- Our compensation. JXH Staffing may receive compensation from BAB based on sales made by Sales Directors we introduce. We are not paid a fee for recruiting or introducing you.

Is this a job?
No. It is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. There is no salary, no benefits, and no guaranteed income. You set your own schedule and cover your own expenses and taxes.
How do I get paid?
Commission only, paid by BAB under your BAB agreement. You will see the terms before you sign anything.
Who decides whether I am accepted?
BAB does. JXH Staffing reviews applications and introduces strong candidates. BAB accepts or declines each one at its sole discretion, and accepted Sales Directors sign directly with BAB.
How is JXH Staffing paid?
JXH Staffing may receive compensation from BAB based on sales made by Sales Directors we introduce. We are not paid a fee for recruiting or introducing you, and we never charge candidates.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
No. BAB's appointments are non exclusive, and BAB may appoint other representatives in any location. The market pages on this site describe where you might focus, not an exclusive territory. Rules for protecting the clinics you register are in your BAB agreement.
What experience do I need?
BAB is selective. Experience selling to healthcare providers, in pharma or medical devices, or in other B2B sales is strongly preferred, along with comfort with phone and in person outreach. If your background is elsewhere, tell us what you have sold and to whom.
What training and support will I get?
BAB provides training sessions, a rep portal, demo materials, and a support team. Accepted Sales Directors join the same training sessions as every other BAB representative.
Where can I work?
Anywhere in the U.S. Sales Directors work by phone, video, and in person. The market pages help you see the clinician landscape near you.
What will I be selling?
BAB supplies peptide products to verified medical clinics through its online ordering portal. Product details, pricing, and approved materials are shared with accepted Sales Directors, so we do not publish them here.
Can I do other work at the same time?
Your appointment is non exclusive. Restrictions on competing products and on the clinics you register are described in your BAB agreement.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. JXH Staffing never charges candidates.
How long until I hear back?
Every application gets a response from JXH Staffing within 7 days.
