These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jxhstaffing.com (the "Site"), operated by JXH Staffing, a trade name of JXH Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about an independent contractor (1099), commission only Sales Director opportunity with Blue Atlas Biologics ("BAB") and lets you apply to be introduced to BAB. JXH Staffing is an independent recruiter. JXH Staffing is not BAB and does not speak for BAB on decisions about who is accepted.
Applications and relationship
Submitting an application or contacting us does not create an employment or independent contractor relationship and does not guarantee an introduction, an engagement, an interview, or a response beyond our commitment to reply within 7 days. BAB alone decides whom to accept. Any engagement is a separate written agreement between you and BAB, and BAB's requirements apply. Compensation is commission only as described in that agreement. We make no representation or guarantee about earnings.
Our compensation and candidate fees
JXH Staffing may receive compensation from BAB based on sales made by Sales Directors we introduce. We are not paid a fee for recruiting or introducing candidates, and we do not charge candidates.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt the Site, scraping it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false or misleading information.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by JXH Tech LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Blue Atlas Biologics and its marks are the property of Blue Atlas Biologics LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site's content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
Market information
Market snapshots on the Site are derived from the public CMS NPPES registry. They are provided for general information only, are not a count of prospects or a forecast of results, and may be incomplete or out of date.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
