These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jxhstaffing.com (the "Site"), operated by JXH Staffing, a trade name of JXH, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about independent contractor (1099), commission-based sales representative opportunities and lets you contact us to apply. JXH Staffing recruits independent contractors on behalf of healthcare programs and other clients.
Applications and relationship
Submitting an application or contacting us does not create an employment or independent-contractor relationship and does not guarantee an engagement, interview, or response. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement and to the applicable program's requirements. Compensation for contractor roles is commission-based as described in those agreements.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the Site, scrape it for unlawful purposes, or submit false or misleading information.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by JXH, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site's content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
